The best way to measure Salesforce talent is looking at certifications. Application and System Architect certifications are the benchmarks of amazing talent. Yes, this puts our team into an elite class.
Even better? We push the limits. Most devs would be happy if they merely passed the Application and System Architect tests. Just ask them and see if their palms get sweaty just thinking about the massive certification test and hours of prep work. Many fail in several attempts (don’t ask them about these though, because they might start twitching as they think about how much each test cost). Those that do pass often studied for 6 months.
It’s nice to have talented people around, but as we remind them, it’s not the certification that drives value…it’s what we do with it that matters! Here’s to maximizing their skills in our future.
